the light switches in the room were utterly confusing, like a riddle, and my room was so small I woudl have happily taken a closet! also, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but of course, that was too much to ask.

Only bummer was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty sometimes. Still, the cozy vibes and friendly staff totally made up for it.
